• We require guests to provide or show us valid photo ID such as Driver’s License, or Passport if no photos were not provided during the initial inquiry.

House Rules

• Cable use – we have Premium Subscription but not all premium stations are free.  Pay per View is optional.  Please talk to the homeowners first.
• No loud music or noise after 10:30 pm.  Music is allowed if you turn the volumes down or wear headphones.
• Children are not allowed to run around inside the house or running up and down the stairs.
• Absolutely no smoking inside the house.  If you do, please go outside. Smoking area is located outside the side entrance going to the backyard.
• Alcoholic drinks or beverages are permitted only on a moderate consumption.  Group leaders will be responsible for their parties’ behavior or actions.
• Towels are provided freshly wash and clean, but we will not replace it every day unless it is requested.  Please put all soiled items needed to be wash in the hamper.
• We would like to clean the house every day, preferably when you are out to make the house clean and tidy.  This service is part of the services we provide, and it is free.
• And lastly, no overcrowding, please.  Maximum occupancy is 10 guests including children ages 9-16 years old  Infants, toddlers are not counted, but are welcome.
